Hello,

I believe it was in the fall of 1997. I got on a private plain and flew to Chillicothe Ohio for a special Friday night LEADERSHIP ONLY meeting. We were having an opportunity meeting that Saturday morning, but I had something very important I wanted to share with my leaders, a training I now refer to as "Your Recruiting Auroa".

My thoughts were all over the place during the training. I had not totally formulated all of my ideas. I knew what I was sharing was powerful, and I had to get the information to my leadership in that part of the country as soon as possible.

Throughout the training I noticed a blinking red light coming from the balcony. At that time, we had a "NO VIDEO TAPING" POLICY during all of our training events. When I came off stage, I had a couple of our people confiscate the video, and never thought much about it, until Brittanie found it and asked me about it.

Thinking back, I remember how excited I was to get this information to my leaders. After the special training it seemed as though all 400 of my leaders in attendance came up to me and told me how valuable the concept was. I distinctly remember the business volume in that part of the country exploding after that event.
